Students must attend on a regular basis and must adhere to class start times.
All children regardless of race, color, creed and national or ethnic origin are eligible for enrollment in Sherwood Forest Montessori School.
A completed medical report signed by a physician, the child’s current immunization record and the hearing/vision screening results must be on file with the school.
When enrolling in our school a non-refundable tuition deposit is paid based on the program in which the student is enrolled. The prepaid tuition deposit will remain on deposit until written notice of withdrawal is received by the office. A written notice of withdrawal must be received by the school before the 1st day of the month of intended withdrawal. The deposit will then be applied to the last month’s tuition after all financial obligations have been met. The deposit amount is adjusted as tuition changes.
Tuition is due and payable at the first of each month. Tuition is considered late after the 5th business day of each month and a 10% late fee will be charged. A $10.00 fee is charged for all returned checks. There are no reductions for absences.
A $125.00 Activity/Supply Fee is due the 1st of October, February and June
Half & Extended Day students are enrolled for an academic school year and the tuition is divided into 9 1/2 monthly payments (winter, spring and summer breaks are not included).
Full day students are enrolled in a 12 month program and the tuition is divided equally over 12 months.
The summer program follows a published summer schedule available in the spring of each year.
The school reserves the right to terminate the attendance of any student whose presence is considered by the school to be detrimental to the student, the classroom or the school.
